As Founder and Program Director at ITPODS, Michael specializes in helping clients navigate major initiatives—from M&A carve-outs and cloud migrations to service strategy realignment and business process remediation. He brings the mindset of a consultant and the discipline of a military-trained leader, enabling organizations to make bold moves with confidence.
Michael led a full Azure disaster recovery migration for HomeStar Financial, ensuring business continuity for 1,300+ users. He also orchestrated a full-service operational remediation program for a healthcare startup, aligning cloud infrastructure, documentation, and delivery teams under one cohesive roadmap.
Previously at MediaKind, he directed the end-to-end implementation of Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), working across procurement, sales, and legal. At Ericsson, Michael led strategic sourcing through divestitures, built global DevOps teams, and managed operational planning for a $100M portfolio.
